1 Important Notes (Before You Start)

  • ⚠️Do not update during critical use; unexpected issues may occur.
  • ⚠️Ensure all devices are on, paired, and have sufficient battery.
  • ⚠️Keep screen on and APP in foreground; background restrictions may cause failure.
  • ⚠️If update fails, wait for device to exit update mode, then retry.

2 Preparation

  1. A smartphone with internet access (HollyAudio App latest version installed).
  2. The included USB‑C cable (for connecting the Smart Audio Mixer, Mic, or Charging Case to the phone).

3 Firmware Update Procedure

3.1 Recommended for all paired devices

  1. Take all devices out of the Charging Case, and turn on the power switch of the Remote Control. Wait for the Mic, Remote Control, Monitor, and Smart Audio Mixer to automatically reconnect. 
    As shown in the illustration, after the devices are connected, the indicators on the Mixer representing the Mic, Monitor, and Remote Control will be solid white.
  2. Connect the Mixer to your phone using a USB-C cable. Open HollyAudio and allow the requested permissions:
    • On iPhone, select Headphones.
    • On Android, select OK.
  3. After connection, go to the MELO P1 control screen, tap the gear icon (top right), and select More Settings.
  4. Locate Device Information and Firmware Update.
    • Use Device Information to check current versions of the connected Mic and Monitor.
    • In Firmware Update, tap Update All Devices and wait for the process to complete.

3.2 Individual Component Upgrade Methods

3.2.1 Mic

Connect your phone to the Mic via USB-C, open HollyAudio, agree to the connection, and go to Firmware Update.

3.2.2 Monitor

  1. Place the Monitor in the Charging Case, then triple-click the case button to switch the Monitor to Bluetooth mode(the indicator will turn blue). And then, take the Monitor out of the Charging Case.
  2. On your phone, pair with TWS Monitor Earphone via Bluetooth.
  3. Open HollyAudio and tap the TWS Monitor Earphone card to enter the Monitor upgrade screen. If the card does not appear, restart the app.

3.2.3 Charging Case (Android only)

  1. Connect the Charging Case (via the USB-C port on its back) to an Android phone using a USB-C cable.
  2. Open HollyAudio, go to the firmware version screen, and tap Enter update mode.
  1. Confirm the connection in the pop-up, then return to the main screen using the back arrow.
  2. Tap MELO P1 Charging Case to enter the upgrade screen, then tap Firmware Update and wait for completion.
