Precautions

  • Please ensure a stable power supply during the upgrade process.
  • The upgrade process takes a long time. Please wait patiently for the upgrade interface to display a successful message before disconnecting your computer from the Astra P1.

Astra P1 Upgrading Tools

  1. A computer with an Ethernet port or a hub with Ethernet port.
  2. Ethernet Cable.

Astra P1 Upgrade Procedure

  1. Download the Firmware from hollyland official website.
  2. Connect the Astra P1 to the computer via Ethernet cable.
  3. Change the network segment of the computer to the same as the PTZ camera's. (192.168.1.xx)
  4. Access the PTZ camera's web in the browser via inputting the camera's IP address(default:192.168.1.100).
  5. Login the web. Username: admin; Password: admin.
  6. Select the System -> Maintenance at the left column.
  7. Upload the Firmware.
  8. Click the Upgrade button and wait until the upgrade finished.
