  • Full-compatible version: Remote Headset with this firmware can be fully compatible with C1 Master Headset & HUB, C1 Pro Master Headset & HUB, and C1 Pro Roaming HUB.
  • HUB with this firmware can now be used with a general network switch (up to two HUBs per system), but in this case, the hub will lose the seamless roaming feature.

Find Your Upgrade Tutorial

This product is available in two configurations. Please find the tutorial that matches your setup:
● If you are upgrading a system that includes a HUB, please browse to the Upgrade Tutorial for: HUB Base section.
● If you are upgrading a system with headsets only (no HUB), please browse to the Upgrade Tutorial for: Headset (no HUB) section. 

Upgrade Tutorial for: HUB Base

Important Precautions (Before You Start)

  • ⚠️Upgrade may cause unknown errors. Avoid upgrading when you need to use it.
  • ⚠️Maintain sufficient power during the upgrade process.
  • ⚠️Do not pull out the USB flash drive before the upgrade is successful.
  • After the device is upgraded, the default settings are restored.

Upgrade Tools

  1. A computer with Windows 10 or Mac OS 12.6 system.
  2. A USB flash disk which is under 32G storage (FAT32 format)
  3. USB-A to USB-C cable.

Upgrade with USB flash drive

  1. Download the firmware.
  2. Prepare one USB disk with USB-A port which memory less than 32GB.
  3. Plug the USB disk into laptop, format the USB disk to FAT32,put the upgrade firmware(.ota file) into the root directory of the USB disk(make sure only one firmware inside),please do not put it inside of any folder.
  4. Plug the USB disk into HUB via USB-A port , the HUB will recognize the USB disk and start to upgrading , the HUB will reboot automatically after upgraded.
  5. After upgrade the HUB successful, then connect the headset to HUB one by one with USB cable for upgrade.

Upgrade with Laptop

  1. Download the firmware file.
  2. Connect the HUB to the laptop via LAN port with cat 5e cable, and then set up the HUB and laptop IP address in the same IP section(like 192.168.218.10 and 192.168.218.20), make sure both of them can communicate via LAN connection.
  3. Open web based software by open the HUB IP address(like 192.168.218.10) with browser(recommend to use Google)
  4. Login with default account and password(user name: admin, password:12345678).
  5. Go to "settings"->"others"->"firmware update", and the select the ".ota" file to start upgrading,the HUB will reboot automatically after upgraded ● After upgrade the HUB successful, then connect the headset to HUB one by one with USB cable for upgrade.

  1. USB-A to USB-C cable

Upgrade with Windows

  1. Download the firmware and unzip.
  2. Install CH341SER driver. (CH341SER Download Link)
  3. Turn on the headset one by one, and connect it to laptop via USB-A to USB-C cable.
  1. Open the 【XXX_Headset_Upgrade.exe】 application.
  1. The application will recognize the headset automatically, and then Click 【YES】for upgrade.
  2. After the upgrade, pair the master headset and remote headset again by long-press the 【A】 button on both headsets.

Upgrade with Mac

  1. Download the firmware and unzip.
  2. Turn on the headset one by one, and connect it to laptop via USB-A to USB-C cable.
  3. Open the 【I5803_Headset_Upgrade.exe】 application.
  4. The application will recognize the headset automatically, and then Click 【YES】for upgrade.
  5. After the upgrade, pair the master headset and remote headset again by long-press the 【A】 button on both headsets.
