Important Precautions (Before You Start)
- ⚠️Upgrading is risky. Please do not upgrade the device during important activities. If you meet problems during the upgrade, please contact our after-sales technical for support.
- ⚠️Ensure that the battery is enough charged during the upgrade process to avoid upgrade failure.
- ⚠️Before upgrading, please make sure that the microphones are connected to the receiver.
- ⚠️Please ensure that the phone is not disconnected or the APP is exited during the upgrade process, otherwise the upgrade will fail.
Wireless monitor headphone Upgrade
Steps as below:
1. Place the headphone in box and open the lid.
2. Triple press the button in the back of box, switch the indicator to flash blue,into bluetooth mode. (Device: OWS Monitor Earphone)
3. Open the [HollyAudio] APP to upgrade the firmware, make sure the current APP version is the latest, Firmware check: APP main interface -- Settings -- About the APP.
After check, Click Connect Headphones -- Check for Updates -- Download and Install, the indicator light of the headphone will show purple during the upgrade, wait for the upgrade to succeed.
Wireless Microphone Upgrade
Microphone upgrade via box
Setting:
● HollyAudio APP, Version up to date
● Andriod/iPhone mobile
⚠️Note: Upgrade via box will update the Transmitter, Receiver, Charging box, but except Phone Receiver. You need to upgrade the Phone Receiver separately.
Steps as below:
1. Place all devices into box, long press the knob button to turn on the bluetooth mode.
2. Turn on mobile bluetooth and into the APP to pair the box.
3. After pairing is successful, enter the APP to upgrade the device firmware, Bluetooth connection--scanning--connect--setting--version information--check for updates--download and install.
During the upgrade process, the BOX indicator light will show a purple breathing state. After the transmission is completed, the BOX will automatically enter the upgrade and wait for the upgrade to succeed.
4. After the upgrade is successful, the device automatically restarts.
5. Do not take out the device during the upgrade process.
USB-C Receiver Upgrade
1. Plug the receiver to mobile phone.
2. Enter APP to update the camera receiver and Mic firmware.
Camera Receiver Upgrade
1. Connect the receiver to mobile via USB-C to USB-C or USB-C to Lightning cable.
2. Enter APP to update the camera receiver and Mic firmware. Before upgrading, please make sure that the microphones are connected to the receiver.
3. After the upgrade is successful, the device automatically restarts.
⚠️Note: If update fail. it will restart, plz try again after restart.
