Important Notes (Before You Start)

• ⚠️Do not update during critical use; unexpected issues may occur.
• ⚠️Ensure all devices are on, paired, and have sufficient battery.
• ⚠️Keep screen on and APP in foreground; background restrictions may cause failure.
• ⚠️If update fails, wait for device to exit update mode, then retry.

Firmware Update Procedure

1. Make sure all microphones and receivers that need to be updated are properly paired. Then connect the microphone receiver to your phone.
2. Open the latest version of the 'HollyAudio' app on your phone. After about 3 seconds, a connection prompt will appear. Tap 'Confirm', and the app will automatically connect to the device and open the feature settings page.
   Note: When opening the app for the first time after installation, make sure to grant the app all required permissions.
3. On the feature settings page, tap the 'gear icon' in the top-right corner to enter 'More Settings'.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the 'More Settings' page and tap 'Firmware Update' to view the current firmware version of the connected device.
5. If a new firmware version is available, a 'red dot' will appear next to the current firmware version. Tap 'Update All Devices' at the bottom, and the app will automatically download and install the latest firmware package via the Internet.
6. During the upgrade, the indicator light will stay solid pink. The upgrade usually takes 3–5 minutes. Once the upgrade is complete, the device will automatically restart. After the restart, the upgrade is finished. You can follow Steps 3–5 to check the updated firmware version. If the upgrade fails, repeat the upgrade process.
