Important Precautions(Before You Start)
- ⚠️Upgrading has risks. Do not upgrade the device during important events. If you encounter problems during the upgrade, you can contact our after-sales technical support.
- ⚠️Ensure sufficient battery power during the upgrade to avoid upgrade failures.
- ⚠️Before upgrading, make sure that all microphones are connected to the receiver.
- ⚠️The new version can be upgraded through the APP. However, to use the new functions, you need to confirm that the APP version is the latest.
Operation Steps
- Please ensure that the "Hollyaudio" app is the latest version. For Android, it should be V2.5.7 or above, and for iOS, it should be V2.5.6 or above. To check, search for "Hollyaudio" on Google Play and download it. Open the app, go to My > About app > App version, and you can see the current version information of the mobile app.
- Connect the LARK A1 microphone. After connecting the microphone to your phone, ensure that both TX transmitters are connected to the receiver. Once both microphone transmitters are connected, press the transmitter button. You will see the transmitter and receiver lights change to a solid blue or solid green (noise reduction), indicating a successful connection.
- Open the microphone interface. An upgrade icon will appear in the upper right corner. Select version information, download and install, and confirm. Wait for the upgrade to complete. During the upgrade process, the microphone indicator light will show a pink light. Wait a moment for the upgrade to finish.
