This product is available in two configurations. Please find the tutorial that matches your setup:

Upgrade Tutorial for: HUB Base

Important Precautions (Before You Start)

  • ⚠️Upgrade may cause unknown errors. Avoid upgrading when you need to use it.
  • ⚠️Maintain sufficient power during the upgrade process.
  • ⚠️Do not pull out the USB flash drive before the upgrade is successful.
  • After the device is upgraded, the default settings are restored.

Required Upgrade Tool

  1. A computer with Windows 10 or Mac OS 12.6 system (or later).
  2. A USB flash drive with 32GB or less of storage, formatted as FAT32.
  3. USB-A to USB-C cable.

Upgrade with USB flash drive

Format the Flash Drive to FAT32

Upgrade Instructions

  1. Download the firmware to your computer and unzip it.
  2. Connect the flash drive to your computer,and copy the upgrade firmware(.ota file) into the root directory of the flash drive.
    Important: Ensure there is only one firmware file on the drive and that it is not inside any folders.
  3. Plug the USB flash drive into the HUB's USB-A port, and the HUB will automatically recognize the drive and begin upgrading. It will reboot automatically once the process is complete.
  4. After the HUB upgrade is successful, connect each Remote Headset to the HUB one by one using a USB cable to upgrade them.

Upgrade with Laptop

  1. Download the firmware to your laptop and unzip it.
  2. Connect the HUB to your laptop's Ethernet port using a Cat 5e cable, and configure the HUB and laptop with IP addresses within the same subnet (for example, 192.168.218.10 and 192.168.218.20) and verify the LAN connection is successful.
  3. Open a web browser (recommended: Google Chrome) and enter the HUB's IP address to access its web-based software. Log in with the default account (Username: admin, Password: 12345678).
  4. Once logged in, proceed to Settings > Others > Firmware Update, and select the .ota file to begin the upgrade. The HUB will reboot automatically once the upgrade is finished.
  5. After the HUB upgrade is successful, connect each Remote Headset to the HUB one by one using a USB cable to upgrade them.

Upgrade Tutorial for: Headset (no HUB)

  • After the device is upgraded, the default settings are restored.

  1. USB-A to USB-C cable.

Upgrade with Windows

  1. Download the firmware to your laptop and unzip it.
  2. Install CH341SER driver. (CH341SER Download Link)
  3. Turn on the headset one by one, and connect it to your laptop using the USB-A to USB-C cable.
  4. Open the XXX_Headset_Upgrade.exe application.
  5. The application will recognize the headset automatically, and then Click YES for upgrade.
  6. After the upgrade, pair the master headset and remote headset again by long-press the A button on both headsets.

Upgrade with Mac

  1. Download the firmware to your laptop and unzip it.
  2. Turn on the headset one by one, and connect it to your laptop using the USB-A to USB-C cable.
  3. Open the XXX_Headset_Upgrade.exe application.
  4. The application will recognize the headset automatically, and then Click YES for upgrade.
  5. After the upgrade, pair the master headset and remote headset again by long-press the A button on both headsets.
