Important Precautions(Before You Start)

  • ⚠️Upgrading has risks. Do not upgrade the device during important events. If you encounter problems during the upgrade, you can contact our after-sales technical support.
  • ⚠️Ensure sufficient battery power during the upgrade to avoid upgrade failures.
  • ⚠️Before upgrading, make sure that all microphones are connected to the receiver.
  • ⚠️The new version can be upgraded through the APP. However, to use the new functions, you need to confirm that the APP version is the latest.

Operation Steps

  1. Search and download the 【HollyAudio】 APP from the app store. The first time you open the APP, you need to allow all permissions.；
  2. Take out the transmitter TX and receiver RX of the Lark C1 microphone from the charging case, and connect the receiver RX directly to the phone.After that, ensure that both microphone transmitters TX are connected to the receiver RX (the receiver status indicator light is always on).；Open the 【HollyAudio】 APP , allow USB connection, and you will enter the device parameter adjustment page.
  3. In the upper right corner,there will be a prompt for the upgrade icon.Click the upgrade icon-Confirm and wait for the upgrade to complete. During the upgrade, the microphone indicator light will show a magenta light.If you encounter multiple upgrade failures, please contact Hollyland technical support.
