Key Process:
02-Pre-quote: Do not meet the free warranty service terms which need a pre-quote price, confirm whether to accept the service.
05-Return repair or not: Consumer products such as microphones that are not covered by a local after-sales service center may not be sent back; Professional products such as Video Transmitter and intercom must be sent back to an after-sales service center for repair.
14-Quote: Only those that do not meet the terms of the free warranty service need to be charged, mainly: Out of Warranty, Man-made structural damage, Man-made water or burning damage.
