Both end customers and dealers can apply for after-sales service. The terminal account needs to be registered by the customer, and the agent and dealer accounts will be issued uniformly by Hollyland.
2. Reseller Apply
1. Reseller go to the Hollyland official website, Support page.

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Reseller After-sales Entry.
3. On the Reseller Login page, log in using the login account issued by Hollyland.

3. Customer Apply
1. Customer go to the Hollyland official website, Support page.

2. When you log in for the first time, you need to register an account or log in through your Facebook or Google account.
3. After successful login, click After-sales Application to enter the Apply for After-sales page.
4. Completely fill in the product model, SN and other information, and upload the purchase receipt and failure video or photo as attachment.
5. Follow the instructions to confirm the contact information, complete the after-sales application, and get the SP number.
