I hear a buzzing noise when using a condenser microphone to pick up an instrument. What should I do?

This happens when the instrument's strong, sustained signal repeatedly triggers the limiter, causing it to pump and produce a buzzing noise. To fix this:
  1. Move the condenser microphone slightly farther from the instrument to reduce the input level.
  2. In the HollyAudio App, go to More Settings and set Mic Gain to Near.
