When the TX's HDMI IN has a video input, but SDI OUT doesn't have a video output, what can I do?

The SDI OUT of the receiver is SDI LOOP OUT. It will output the video when the SDI IN has video.If only the HDMI IN has video input, the SDI OUT will not work.
