When receiving the microphone, first check if the insulation film on the microphone has been removed.

Before charging, check if the battery level of the microphone charging case is sufficient.

Before charging, check if the contacts on the bottom of the charging case, transmitter, and receiver are dirty or covered.

Wipe the contacts at the bottom of the microphone with alcohol swabs to avoid poor contact due to dirt.

During charging, please ensure the microphone is properly placed in the charging case.
