LARK M2 camera version connects to an audio interface for live streaming, but only one microphone has sound?

The Lark M2 camera version needs to switch to mono mode for live streaming through a 3.5mm TRS to TRS connection with the audio interface. Press the M button on the side of the receiver, and switch the indicator light below the volume adjustment knob on the receiver to a steady green light.
