Why RX can not be powered on, after the device has not been used for a long time, but TX can?

The reason is that the receiver was entered protection mode.
Please take the two TX out of the box and ensure the RX stay at the box, then please try to use a small needle to thorn the hole on RX to reset the device, then fixed the needle with the reset hole, charge the RX for 2~3 minute.
