If no channel display (CH-) on the screen, what can I do?

  1. Please check if you have used a Type-C adapter to power the device, then please change to using a DC/NPF battery to power it if you have, because the charging current and voltage of the Type-C adapter require over 5V 2A.
  2. Please try to restart the device.
  3. If the transmitter works fine, only the receiver displays ”CH-“, please pair the transmitter and receiver.
