What should I do if there is no channel display (CH-) on the screen?

For Mars 4K
  1. Check whether you are using a USB-C adapter to power up the device. If yes, then change to use a DC or NP-F battery to power up the device, because the charging current and voltage of the USB-C adapter need to be at least 5V 2.5A.
  2. Restart the device.
  3. If the transmitter is working properly, CH- will be displayed on the receiver. Please pair the transmitter and the receiver.
