Only Transmitter could be adjusting the fan speed. Long press the wheel button to enter into the Menu Page to choose FAN CONTROL:

Auto: Our device will adjust the speed of the fan automatically according to temperature(noise up to 55dB)

OFF: Close the fan and no noise, The temperature of the device case will be higher
