How to Use the UAC Function?
For Solidcom C1 Pro.
a） Solidcom C1 Pro UAC Connection
① USB-C interface on the hub
② USB-A to USB-C cable
③ Computer
b） Computer Settings
Note:
When you connect the Solidcom C1 Pro to your computer, the Solidcom C1 Pro will be recognized as an external sound card named Solidcom C1 Pro.
c） Zoom Meeting Settings
① Zoom sound settings
Enter the sound settings interface on Zoom and choose a sound card driver.
② Selecting a speaker
Select Solidcom C1 Pro.
③ Selecting a microphone
Select Solidcom C1 Pro.
Note: The settings are the same as those on other meeting software, such as Skype and Microsoft Teams. You only need to set the Solidcom C1 Pro driver.
d）Hub Group Settings
Perform group settings on the Solidcom C1 Pro.
UAC In (Hub In): Speaker (Sound from the computer)
UAC Out (Hub Out): Microphone (Sound from the hub)
