The Communication between the Mars T1000 beltpack is normal, but the Base Station cannot hear the sound from the beltpack.

For Mars T1000
  1. Check if the headphone switch knob on the Base Station is turned on.
  2. Check if the headphones are damaged by testing them with the beltpack.
  3. If the above issues are ruled out, the 3.5mm jack on the main station may be faulty—return it for repair.
