Please checking whether the version of the camera is Ver 2.01. If the version is lower than Ver 2.01, it cannot be heard.

Secondly, please can check whether the volume setting is too low in the camera Audio volume settings, If it is lower than 3rd gear, the monitoring sound will be low.
