Upgrade Tutorial
Important Precautions (Before You Start)
- ⚠️Make sure the device have enough power when upgrading, pls don't take the USB disk out before upgrade successful.
- ⚠️The device will factory reset automatically after upgraded.
- ⚠️There is the risk to cause unknown error，pls do not upgrade the device when you using it on-site.
- ⚠️There is no change in functionality and performance, so it doesn’t need to upgrade if the device is working normally.
How to check the firmware version
Required Upgrade Tool
A USB flash drive with 32GB or less of storage, formatted as FAT32.
Please do the operations as below:
1. Prepare a small USB disk(16/32G), then format it to FAT32.
Format the Flash Drive to FAT32

Upgrade Instructions
1. Download the upgrade file to the USB disk root directory
2. Connect the USB disk to our device, it will do the upgrade automatically after turning the device on
