Find Your Upgrade Tutorial
This product consists of four components: the Geo Central Station, Antenna, Beltpack, and Charging Dock. Please find the tutorial that matches your setup:
● It is important to ensure that all devices（including: Central Station、Antenna、Beltpack、Charging Case）are upgraded to the latest version, as inconsistent firmware versions may cause compatibility issues.
● The upgrade process involves unknown risks. Please do not upgrade while the event is in progress.
● Do not disconnect the power supply during the upgrade process. Please be patient as the upgrade may take some time.

Upgrade Tutorial for: Geo Central Station

Important Precautions (Before You Start)

⚠️Upgrade may cause unknown errors. Avoid upgrading when you need to use it.
⚠️Maintain sufficient power during the upgrade process.
⚠️Do not pull out the USB flash drive before the upgrade is successful.
After the device is upgraded, the default settings are restored.

Upgrade via the Website

Connect the Central Station to your computer via an Enthernet cable.
Access the computer web interface. For detailed connecting steps, please refer to this link: https://www.hollyland.com/support/faq/solidcom-h1-wireless-intercom-system/usage-3
Find the firmware update.

Choose Local Upgrade.

Import the downloaded firmware upgrade package (Note: Do not unzip the upgrade package).

After the upgrade package has been finished uploading, click "confirm" and wait for the device to complete the upgrade (Note: The upgrade process may take some time; please do not switch off the device or disconnect the power supply).

Upgrade with USB flash drive

Format the Flash Drive to FAT32

Required Upgrade Tool

A computer with Windows 10 or Mac OS 12.6 system (or later).
A USB flash drive
USB-A to USB-C cable.

Put the upgrade pack into USB driver. No need to unzip.

Insert the USB driver into the USB-A port of central station.

Wait for the Central Station to complete the update automatically (Note: The upgrade process may take some time; please do not switch off the device or disconnect the power supply).

Upgrade via the Website

The operating procedure is identical to that of Central Station; please refer to the steps above.

Upgrade via the USB Driver

1. Put the upgrade pack into USB driver. No need to unzip.

2. Insert the USB driver into the USB-A port of Antenna.

3. Wait for the Antenna to complete the update automatically (Note: The upgrade process may take some time; please do not switch off the device or disconnect the power supply).

Upgrade Tutorial for: Charging Dock

Upgrade via the USB Driver

1. Put the upgrade pack into USB driver. No need to unzip.

2. Insert the USB driver into the USB-A port of Charging Case.

3. The indicator light will flash when the upgrade starts. The upgrade process may take a while, so you may need to wait a few minutes.

4. Wait for the Charging Case to compelet upgrade automatically. Once the upgrade is complete, the indicator light will stop flashing.

Upgrade via connect to Antenna or Geo Central Station

1. Connect the Charging Case's LAN port to the Antenna or Central Station's LAN port using an Ethernet cable. When successfully connected, the charging case's indicator light changes from red to blue.
